When running seos when is the best time to inject? Before or after your weight training session. I have always heard to inject deep into the muscle before training. Then do a few high rep sets with that muscle group. I just spoke with a buddy of mine and he said the is having good success with injecting after training the muscle group. Right when he gets home followed by 30 min of massage and streching. Those of you that have expierance in this field, could you please help me out? Or does it really not matter?
