It has been awhile since i have posted anything but that is not because i have not been training. Just haven't been able to put together any meets lately. Anyway my latest meet i was able to put together was 2011 USPA Olympia bench press competition. I benched 722.5 in single ply for a new junior USPA record.

Definitely after the 1st of next year. I am going to take the rest of this year and completely change how i train. I also will be planning out all the meets i have to do next year. Usually i train heavy non stop and just try to go to all the full power meets i can but this year i will become alot more scientific about how i compete.
