Short-term administration of rHGH (even as high as 0.2iu/kg/day, the equivalent of 20iu for a 100kg man!) does not increase power output or muscle mass, the only thing it did do was increase fluid retention.

rHGH alone is clearly extremely effective if the end goal is lipolysis, but using rHGH during a gaining period without exogenous insulin or AAS in the hope to increase your muscle mass is a fools errand.

How many times does we have to beat this horse to death...

We know GH is not a great muscle builder DIRECTLY....

But it keeps us leaner, it volumizes muscle tissue (fullness) and a hydrated muscle is in its strongest state. The stroger you get the better. The leaner your stay the better you can partition nutrients aka you can eat a lot more to help promote muscle recovery and and build real muscle tissue.

The study was only for 4 weeks? I think really the only thing you can conclude from that is what we've all already known for some time, and that is the fact you need to run GH for a LOT longer time for it to do what we want, with insulin or not.
