I use 22g bro but your gauge of your needle should be based onyour shoulders muscle mass so that u r getting deep enough into the muscle.

Good Old 25

25 G 1 cc, Everything Goes in fine. Make sure you gear it warned in the syringe to at least body temp. Then Smooth Sailing.

You must be really big. I had no trouble doing delt injections at 280 and BigKiwi has no trouble doing them at 300+

I can't believe some of you guys are using such big gauges for delt injections. Personally I use 25ga 1" or 5/8"....recently I just started using slin pins though (29ga .5") surprisingly the prop I'm using actually can be pulled from the vial with slin pins.

That was what I was wondering. Either huge or very inflexible. I wouldn't consider myself flexible and at 275 can reach.

Thick front delts, thick chest, short joints, poor flexibilty....bad combination in terms of reach

23 or 25 1 inch delts and 23 1.5 for everything else
