SHOULDER INJURY...DAMNIT!!!

Well fellas I don't think the 500 pounds is going to happen by this January???

I just recovered from injurying my right shoulder, now I have my left to deal with. The right one took about 3 weeks...the left one seems to be a bit more severe. CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like KIANA TOM and I are going to do a little body shaping.

Think it might be the 50mgs of STANABOL causing the joint problem? The pain seems to be going away from the initial day of injury. BUt no need to push it I guess....DAMNIT!!!

LAter fellas,

I too have had my share of shoulder problems. All i can say is
1. start doing your rotator cuff exercises NOW

2. stretch your shoulders befroe and after

3. Take Glucosamine like its going out of style

4. add in good fats.

hope this helps

I'd do as magoo suggested, I believe ART is one level "above" sports injury massage. I've had it done, and am still going (have an appoointment on Monday) and would also recommend ART for injured shoulders.

They say that there is a lot of information and if you have not taken some sort of ANATONMY or BIOMECHANICS class, you will have a hard time with the information. They say 50% is class work the other 50% is on hands experience

Did you have any "bowel" problem with glucosamine?
I cannot take it, my wife would ask the divorce..... :(

Glucosamine/Chondriton is expensive! Recommended dose is 1500/1200mg. Deca works better for me.
Isnt there a link that will give you a local Dr. who does ART?

Think I should start taking the D-bol instead of the STANABOLS??

If I stay on the STANABOLS, I think I will just stay with the moderate weight and work on getting more reps.

Sorry to hear bro

I wouldnt try to increase your strength just b/c your going to lift heavier weights and that could put undue stress on your shoulders! Now if you decide to take it i would go higher reps and pump more bloood in their. Since blood carries , oxygen and nutriets it will help to repair and recover your shoulder quicker. I dont know what type of injury it is but i would probably also avoid over head press movements. I would stick with side , front and rear laterals. Also work your rotator cuff and try to strengthen it... never hurts at least

As far as supplements here are some ideas im not trying to say this is cost effective etc but at least you have ideas

1. Vitamin C 3-5 grams throughout the day

2.Chondroitin and glucosamine

3. MSM can help to alleviate pain

4.Citris Bioflavnoids... helps with free radicals

5. Flax seed oil or primrose as they have healthy omega fats

Tons of water and possibly rest depending on the injury... good luck with it. Also if pain is persistant ice and a good anti inflamatory suck as ibuprofein will work great. Or heat and ice together to flush blood in and out. Let us know what happens, good luck. MOJO
