Hey guys, so i was warming up on flat bench and yes i know worst thing for injuries haha. I felt a tweak in my front delt. Racked the weight and then went home. Now my chest and bicep are fine. Front and side delt are tight but not extremely painful though. The weird thing is i have bruising on my upper lat.. Any ideas what i imjured ?

If you go past chest range of motion during press, and over extend like the bruising seems to indicate, teres minor or major seems to have some broken capillaries. The teres is a rotator cuff muscle, attaches to head of humerus, causing the delt pain you mentioned.
Regularly stretch your chest, keep the range slightly shorter during press to keep the work on the pecs, and make sure to start with, and keep, scapula retracted during exercise

If you think it's shoulder related, put yourself into resisted ranges of motion that test the muscles in the rotator cuff S.I.T.S.

External rotation = infra + teres minor
Internal rotation = Subscap
Empty can test = supraspinatus

You can easily google these movements and see pictures. Use a band, if not a band a 5-10lbs weight will do.

Just seeing the location of the bruising, looks like infraspinatus. You won't really know till you get a positive test and/or an MRI.

If it's in front delt could be the bicep tendon. Be careful I just had surgery on mine
