Hey guys, so i was warming up on flat bench and yes i know worst thing for injuries haha. I felt a tweak in my front delt. Racked the weight and then went home. Now my chest and bicep are fine. Front and side delt are tight but not extremely painful though. The weird thing is i have bruising on my upper lat.. Any ideas what i imjured ?
