show in a week: leg seperation

hey guys.
i've got a pretty big show in a week. my bodyfat is pretty low, around 3.5% on a 7pt skin fold done in a sports clinic by professionals.

i'm having a little problem getting my legs to seperate enought.

any suggestions???

probably just water. get rid of it last week and you will be fine
 
On your last leg workout, during the last week of the show, do one or two high rep sets - 30 reps with a heavy warmup weight on the leg press, using a pumping style.
That always separates my legs really well.
Do nothing else for quads though.

Leg Separation

I'm in the same boat brother, I am at 3.8 % bodyfat at my legs are barely sep. However, I know from experience that once I use aldactone for the week and really crank up my water (+ do what BigA said) the cuts will be in on Sat morning. Don't carb-up too much or they will smooth right out again
 
10 -12 days out

for me legs are last to separate, last leg ady is somewhere 10-12 days out for me, seems to work good, but i will def try the last day as Big A suggested next time!!

Good luck, Zeke. I'm sure once you cut your water they'll come in nicely. Also, try to keep them elevated as much as possible until you have to go on stage. May help only a slight bit...but a slight bit can make the difference.
 
I've never competed so this isn't from experience. But a friend of mine said that at 2-3 weeks out he'd sprint 2-3 times a week and that seemed to help bring tham out a bit. Don't know for sure as I've never competed, just thought this might help.
