Maybe this goes in this thread, maybe not... One thing that prevents me from putting away the calories that I need, is that I get super lethargic if I eat anything more than a medium sized meal. I don't know if others get the same way. And I'm not necessarily talking about carb-heavy meals either. Just feel heavy and 'brain fogged' for a few hours after lunch.
Also I notice that I tend to get post nasal drip after eating and have to clear my throat a lot. These things make me think that I still may have digestive issues to address. Anyone else notice this?
