SICK!!!!!!!!

Holy shit!!!!! I have been doing synthelamin for about 5 days now, and I am so sick. It has made me very hungry, but, last night I went to bed around 10pm and I woke up at 1am and now it's 5:31am and I can't sleep!!! I've got a fever and I'm throwing up every 30 min. On top of that, I've got horrible stomach pains. I can barely type this. Could this be caused by the synthelamin???

No. B12 is not toxic. You take too much, you'll just pee it out.

You caught some kind of bug - probably food poisoning?

Well, the pain got so bad yesterday morning that I had to go to the emergency room. My appedix was about to burst so they had to operate right away. So I stayed there over night and now I am home. This was the most pain that I have ever gone through!!!! I'll be out of the gym for atleast 1 to 2 weeks

Well, my dad had to have is out and so did his sister. The doctor told me that it's hereditary. Thank god I didn't start my cycle last week like I was planning on doing.

Thanks for the support! Going from a daily large diet to no food for 24hrs was just agonizing especially since I was taking an appetite stimulator! But all is good now. As soon as I got home, I ordered a large cheese pizza and popped in a couple vicodins
