Sister running 100 miles today

Absolutely incredible! Just curious, how old is your sister and how long does she take to prep for a 100 mile race?

yeah running is an addiction for sure.. outside of my two little ones, i schedule my day around runs.. i love getting out there and feeling the wind and taking in my surroundings.
i've been running for a while now, but for some reason this past month, my mood and outlook has turned for the better.
certainly helps that i demolished and overcame a work challenge that has been on my mind since mid-summer.
ok.. enough talk.. think my morning GH is in my system, now going to hit a 3mile EASY run.
