Skip , are you ready toget back at it?
I am a 260 pound fat fuck , it is amazing how fast you rebound after dieting hard . I am going to take the next two weeks to adjust to training and eating right .[ get used to being sore and such] then I want start hardcore after that .I really want to be lean this summer and not have to worry about making a comeback until the summer is over [ too much family crap going on to make that decision right now].If I am going to be lean by summer we are going to have kick some serious ass my friend. I think we can do it . I hope things are well for you and your family . How is the wife holding up ? I hope OK? Did you start dieting yet ? I am still planning to fly out for your show [ I wouldn't miss it bro . It should be fun.] Let me know if I owe you any cash and you know if there is anything that I can ever do for you please don't hesitate to ask.
