I took my 15iu of slin after my workout and then took in 130g of simple carbs via cranberry juice cocktail and a 70g whey shake. Since I didn't have any rice in the house, I decided to eat some spaghetti which I've never tried before (with slin, of course) with my chicken and consumed them about an hour after the shake and sugars. About an hour and a half after this I started feeling nausiated and it only got worse. Fifteen minutes later I started feeling really bad so I chugged some gatoraide and ate a plain potatoe. Since I was on the beach, I was getting hot and sick and finally figured out what was happening to me when my lips went numb. I swigged a soda and a few minutes later felt better. Correct me if I'm wrong guys, but I believe the pasta was burnt off quickly instead of slowly like the rice would have been. Kindof a scary situation.
