Smallest amount of gear you've used to look good?

Dianabol 20mg-30mg every day
Testosterone-Enanthate 250mg-500mg per week
take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
Nolvadex 40mg per day
Nolvadex 20mg per day

HGH 2-4iu /day ,4weeks
 
What's the least amount of aas you've used over a period of time and still achieved results that you were happy with?

I had couple bottles of a triple stack oil (125 tren E/ 125 test E / 125 mast E) and ran it at 1cc (375mg) ever 5 days and was happy enough with the results then.
 
I'll try to answer the original question about looking good, which I think I do on this picture. But I can't say I was happy with it.



Zero gear... Nothing, nada... Eating whatever. Vacation time few years back. Kept some legs and chest. Lost all shoulders and arms.

Dbol 12 days @ 10mg pwo
Test blend 400 1ml/week
Deca/npp @2-300/wk

So basically 6-700mg /wk peaking at 7 in the middle and looked really good. Switched to npp for second half of 12wk run.

It's easy to look good on very little but you would have had to use higher doses before that in order for that to happen. I can look good on trt but if I never used high doses before, I wouldn't look as good on trt.

I always thought that you have to Stay on the dosage you took to achieve the look you were after. As you are probably over your natural genrtic limit and as soon as you stop or go on trt you will slowly Shrink doen to where you started.
Well Not totally without muscle lol but Bug muscle needs Big dosage....i Hope i am wrong with that...
If you have built 40 Pounds on heavy dosage then how do you proceed to keep most of it with trt??

This is one of the most dangerous myths in bodybuilding and why we are seeing a lot of deaths. Guys who are so convinced that they will lose all their muscle unless they remain on the same doses that made them their biggest. There is no arbitrary dose that everyone can maintain on, but it’s much much less than what a lot of people think.

Not a dumb question, but definitely one of the most important ones we should be discussing nowadays.

Satellite cell proliferation takes YEARS with AAS use and proper training, and guess what, they aren't going anywhere even on low doses. This is the reason why guys who are huge can stop training, stop eating, and blow back up to their original size in months instead of 10 years.

Plenty of guys are above their "genetic limit" on TRT after many years of steroid use, because they continue to train and eat right. Will they make massive increases in bw/muscle on TRT? No, but they can still progress, and they can remain healthy with that size they've accrued over many years.

Look at Dante's diet and tell me that's what a relatively lean 250 lb bodybuilder should eat. Lol. Dude eats like twice a day, and supplements a couple shakes/EAAs throughout the day. And he runs 180 mgs of testosterone a week. But that's not what he did to get to that size originally, not even close.

Lastly I'll probably say; a physique built only on drugs with little attention to training and diet will always shrink down when you pull the only variable that got you there: drugs. Bostin Loyd is a great example of that.

Exactly. Your body for lack of a better term is lazy. It resists change for the good or bad.

Call it homeostasis, but it's the way I see it. You fight like hell too get into a certain shape, then you hold it as long as you can and your body essentially adjusts to that as it's new "norm". Once there, it's the same old process of staying within what it considers it's comfort zone with minimal effort.

It works that way for all the negative stuff as well. You see people that abuse their body for years and think they are getting away with it.

But one day it catches up and then this shitty situation is now the body's new "norm" and it will fight you to stay in that condition because it's easier then all the work involved in turning yourself around.

My opinion anyway.

So very true I was just preaching this exact same shit to my cousin last week. I have seen not only myself, but some of my closest friends maintain and gain slowly on minimal doses. Most of the time it's the diet, cardio and sleep - that's another story though. Great point NH!!

Yep, and I am on baby doses at the moment and just as big as I was on a huge blast years ago

I Hope so as when I am done with surgery and healing and Not have forced Training Breaks every few months or can only train pussystyle i think i can create a Good environment to maintain on Tiny dose
Plus if diet is in control will be also of big importance as for now i am binging so often because i am crippled in pain and frustrated in the gym so I Reward myself with food then hate myself for having no discipline etc.

Anyway Thanks for your Comment...is a Big motivation because as a female i do Not think it would be cool to know that in the future i have to rely on heavy Drug usage.
Yes i am into muscle like a figure pro and admire even physique ladies but only if I can get there without changing Gender :)

Yes you are right..i was forced over the last years to always be put of the gym then start again etc. But whenever i got back the shape aka muscle came back fast and I could add a little more than before...
Soon i am into Training nonstop so I try to rely mostly on diet and Training and evrything else is more like a supp or the icing on the cake...

Thanks for the example of Dante as I am also in eating fewer meals.
And i am over my genetic limit of course but Not so much like the ifbb Pros who shrink so fast after they lower dosage.
And i also found out that when I could luckily train for a while without a Break i could go super low on dosage or Not at all or only a sarm etc and her results... so the blast and cruise till you Happy method is probably best and then only cruise on a top notch diet and Training Sleep etc.

And i am quite Happy that noone thinks of me as dumb as I asked these questions being a female and I am used to rude comments :)
 
If you guys just used the mind-bottle connection visually in your head, then you would grow more. Every day, all day, think of a bottle of tren in your mind, the color, the viscosity, it sitting in your muscle as a depot before dispersion, and just anything about it, truthfully. By doing this, it will help develop your size. For example, if you are at the gym between sets trying to take a breather, think of the tren bottle, or Anadrol if you are wanting more size (heck, anything you want...Eq, Mast, 2 grams of test, nandrolone, you name it). If you get stuck coming out of the hole in squats,.....mind-bottle connection will drive you out. If you are doing curls in the mirror....think of the tren bottle, and you will notice eventual size as the weeks go by. If your shoulder hurts, think of deca. If you are having sex problems, then think of test/mast/proviron/Cialis in your mind. You guys are short-changing yourselves, you really have to dig deep and reap your full potential. Dammit. If you are having sensitivity issues, think of clomid. If you are wanting to take your girl out, just think of your wallet going empty...mind-bottle, fukkers!:cool:

No, that was 15 years ago and my PC has crashed a couple times since then. And have lost most of my pics. But I competed in the same weight class when I was natural, but not in as good of condition or course. When I was still natural GNC approached me a couple times about being sponsored by them but I figured I would go farther in life with a real job. And didn't want to get into the dark side or things. Course my views on that have changed since then.
 
How about no gear, none

this is me before I started using any gear. Probably my best naturally. This was fall of 2007, almost exactly a decade ago today. I was 215 lbs here . Im a tall guy as well.

Here I am again this past summer at junior nationals in the classic physique d class which is 6ft and over. I measured in at 6ft2.5 . I am on the far right. I was the tallest person out of all the competitors ive seen I was number 498 , so id say at least 600-1000 competitors. Getting ready for this I used about 300-400 mgs, it was quite low

some of you boys low doses exceed my highest doses. # Realtalk

right now doing a cycle for a month 600 mgs deca , 150 test and 20 phera. My highest to day, yes only one month. Id added some size in three weeks, squatted five plates per side on the hack. 275 4 x's on incline bench.. I get strong fast because im a intelligent intensity creative worker and train true hit and listen to my body, been doing this fifteen years . But hey like Lee Haney said A healthy ego is a good thing, as long as it doesn't get arrogant.
