What's the least amount of aas you've used over a period of time and still achieved results that you were happy with?
I'll try to answer the original question about looking good, which I think I do on this picture. But I can't say I was happy with it.
Zero gear... Nothing, nada... Eating whatever. Vacation time few years back. Kept some legs and chest. Lost all shoulders and arms.
Any before/in shape pics?
U allergic to needles or something? [emoji39]1 packet of androgel , androderm and some transdermal tren. Got me in shape to compete as a light hevy weight.
It's easy to look good on very little but you would have had to use higher doses before that in order for that to happen. I can look good on trt but if I never used high doses before, I wouldn't look as good on trt.
I always thought that you have to Stay on the dosage you took to achieve the look you were after. As you are probably over your natural genrtic limit and as soon as you stop or go on trt you will slowly Shrink doen to where you started.
Well Not totally without muscle lol but Bug muscle needs Big dosage....i Hope i am wrong with that...

Exactly. Your body for lack of a better term is lazy. It resists change for the good or bad.This is one of the most dangerous myths in bodybuilding and why we are seeing a lot of deaths. Guys who are so convinced that they will lose all their muscle unless they remain on the same doses that made them their biggest. There is no arbitrary dose that everyone can maintain on, but it’s much much less than what a lot of people think.

So very true I was just preaching this exact same shit to my cousin last week. I have seen not only myself, but some of my closest friends maintain and gain slowly on minimal doses. Most of the time it's the diet, cardio and sleep - that's another story though. Great point NH!!

Not a dumb question, but definitely one of the most important ones we should be discussing nowadays.
Satellite cell proliferation takes YEARS with AAS use and proper training, and guess what, they aren't going anywhere even on low doses. This is the reason why guys who are huge can stop training, stop eating, and blow back up to their original size in months instead of 10 years.
Plenty of guys are above their "genetic limit" on TRT after many years of steroid use, because they continue to train and eat right. Will they make massive increases in bw/muscle on TRT? No, but they can still progress, and they can remain healthy with that size they've accrued over many years.
Look at Dante's diet and tell me that's what a relatively lean 250 lb bodybuilder should eat. Lol. Dude eats like twice a day, and supplements a couple shakes/EAAs throughout the day. And he runs 180 mgs of testosterone a week. But that's not what he did to get to that size originally, not even close.
Lastly I'll probably say; a physique built only on drugs with little attention to training and diet will always shrink down when you pull the only variable that got you there: drugs. Bostin Loyd is a great example of that.
