So How do you answer?

Hi, I have been reading this board for a while now, as far as I am concerned it is one of the best forums out there.

My question is when people, friends, family, co-workers ask you if you are taking steroid how do you respond? I am a very quite person and mind my own business, it floors me when other people cant mind their own business and just come up and ask, so what are you taking? do you use any thing illegal?...etc......

I am the same way, a very private person, and people ask from time to time, and I always say no man , this is the result of discipline and dedication, and I have actually inspired a bunch of guys over the years to start hitting the gym. It helps that everyone around me sees what I eat every day. Most of them realize how much effort I put into dieting and training.
