i try to epsom soak once a week and find it really helps....it's also an amazing way to absorb magnesium since skin is our biggest organ...i'm in physical therapy for a bad neck muscle and they tell me all the time to soak for muscle relaxation
add some baking soda to the bath as well for extra detoxifying properties
