Absolutely. I soak in Epsom salts regularly. I buy them in bulk. 100lbs for $70.

I actually got home from the gym today and went to go grab end Epsom salts and saw I had none left...

I've bought eucalyptus Epsom salts and lying in them is very relaxing. Truly helps relieve tension after a long day

Yes - I will ask her and post later.. I know she makes eucalyptus - peppermint - lavender (I know that one she uses to relax and it freaking works... I get restless legs from time to time and the lavender soak relaxes me every time).. I will post when I get to the office and can take a break ...

i try to epsom soak once a week and find it really helps....it's also an amazing way to absorb magnesium since skin is our biggest organ...i'm in physical therapy for a bad neck muscle and they tell me all the time to soak for muscle relaxation

add some baking soda to the bath as well for extra detoxifying properties

I'm going to have to get some. No matter how much I stretch after legs they always hurt the next day and my job is pretty labor intensive.

The wife and I soak in an epsom salt bath 1 -2 times a week after our workouts. It definitely helps!
