Sore and aching joints

what causes it, is it from a specific movement that u dont need to do, or their is another u can do that u get the same feeling from or like it that doesnt cause joint issues. Great supplement is glucosamine chondroiten, worx great for some and worthless for others. My elbows kill after doing regular "skullcrushers" but when I do over head cambered bar tri extensions while seated...no probs, why not sure, biomechanics, angle who knows but it feels more in the muscle when I do it and less joint pain.

I'm with Gooey. Is it a movement or a compound. Case in point, I've never experienced the ache in my knees and ankles, as that which I received from upping my anti-E dose too high.

But being new here, I don't know your lifting style. It could be that. I just wanted to give you the above to think about.
 
Sore joints

I would say I have the typical workout. Each body part once a week start with worm-ups then go heavy. It’s mostly my ankles and shoulders. I have tried Glucosamine, Chondroitin And MSM with ok results. I did get my hands on some Prednisolone 20mg tabs. These worked great but I can only find one supplier and their expensive. What next?
