I am interested in what you guys think of doing the split routine while comp dieting, or should i just do the normal once a day training? i read the dieting for comp article, and alot of my friends that compete/used to compete are telling me i should do a split like this:

mon:
AM: chest/tris
PM: back/bis

tue:
AM: quads
PM: hams/calves

wed:
AM: shoulders or do shoulders with quads on tue.

right now, i train chest, arms, rest, back/shoulders, legs, rest, repeat. im not on any juice yet but will be. i feel i grow well on the routine i do, on the juice, but i never tried the split routine.

just depends on how well you recover,i tried it before ,but found it to taxing on the brain not the muscle .i spend alot of time geting ready for a hard workout everything has to be right ,i found i couldnt do that twice a day ,but i do think you should try it out other wise youl never know ,it might turn out to be just the thing you need . you can always switch back good luck bro
