stressed AC joint

anyone ever had a stressed AC joint (shoulder) it will hurt if you try to grab your other shoulder. this is the second time this has happened to me last time i could not do shoulders or chest for 6weeks. i did it this time playing fucking golf with some friends. trying to recoop so i can train heavy this winter. any advice?? tank...

Oh YEAH man...

I seperated my shoulder last year playing FB, it was a level two sep., almost a level 3... It was my AC joint...could not lift my arm, had to put a pillow under it at night to sleep, and had to sleep on my back... Painful little thing huh? Basically rest, rest, rest....it will eventually heal, but YOU MUST let it heal, otherwise it will only get worse. You might develop a little bump on your affected shoulder too.
