I increased my protien intake 6 weeks back from 250gms/day to 400. Most of this is from protien powders. I've really been feeling like crap. Headaches, fatigue, the shits, all around just lousy feeing. I couldn't put a finger on it. I dropped down the gear. That didn't help. I just did a google search on Sucralose Side Effects and it isn't pretty.
Anybody else experianced issues with sucralose? I think its time for more real food protien and switch to TruProtien custom blend with Stevia.
