so i got, Alpha-Lipoic-Acid, taurine, NAC, and gymnema sylvestre,
i had a curious question when would be the best time to take this herbs for the insulin sensitivity purposes??

i usually take
1 600mg NAC in the AM
1ALA 600mg in the am
taurine 10 gr ED 5gr AM 5gr PM

could i be taking these at other times so they are more effeciant.

and im not sure when to take the gymnema sylvestre i got those in 250mg caps. any help greatly appreciated

who ever said he wants to be a competitive BB, unless there is a thread he mentioned it in that I missed

NAC is fine but saying AM and PM doesnt tell us much, is it with a meal?
ALA- use r-ala instead
gynema sylvestre- 15-30 min b4 a meal with carbs

im surprised that youre saying this...

supplements have a very valid place in every bodybuilders arsenal, and those are things that can be used effectively in nutrient partitioning.

that said i prefer to take a small amount of R-ala with every meal instead of a big amount all at once (100 mg with meals)
NAC twice a day 600 mg morning and 600 mg night
the gymnema sylvestre in the same way as R-ala.

Basically you want them to be active at the same time as your meal times, to help with shuttling nutrients where they need to be shuttled.
