What kind of supplements do you guys take everyday? I'm currently 26 yo 195lb been training naturally. Ive been taking creatine, glutimine, multi, fish oil, glucosomine, NO and of course some whey. Being still pretty young is there any other supplements/vitamin I should take everyday?
 
i like to take a B complex, other than that powder fat free milk... very cheep.. mix with real glass of skim milk it make milk 2 to 4 times as potent, so in stead of 8 try 32 g of protien a glass, really good for right before you go to bed
 
everyday I cannot come up with a list, I know what I should take every day though but still forget. It also depends on my goals and what I'm currently doing. On a good day right now I will do the following:

AM: multi-vit (Vitakic), 300mg 5-htp, 6g fish oil, b12, vit-c, hawthorn berry, Liv52, Milkthistle, thryroid essentials, ALA, and Saw Palmetto.

Mid day I usually will take more fish oil, liv52, ala.

PM: magnesium, b6, zinc, melatonin, liv52 fish oil, ALA.

I sometimes have whey shakes, but usually focus on whole food. I have several bbing supplements I take on occasion too, but I almost want to reclass them.
