everyday I cannot come up with a list, I know what I should take every day though but still forget. It also depends on my goals and what I'm currently doing. On a good day right now I will do the following:
AM: multi-vit (Vitakic), 300mg 5-htp, 6g fish oil, b12, vit-c, hawthorn berry, Liv52, Milkthistle, thryroid essentials, ALA, and Saw Palmetto.
Mid day I usually will take more fish oil, liv52, ala.
PM: magnesium, b6, zinc, melatonin, liv52 fish oil, ALA.
I sometimes have whey shakes, but usually focus on whole food. I have several bbing supplements I take on occasion too, but I almost want to reclass them.
