Ambien aka stillnox is the best if you can get it. If not the supplment ZMax and little bit of red wine before bed work just fine.

Bro,
I sympathize.....I'm a chronic insomniac.
Here's some of the things I have used in the past. They can be found at a health food store.
5-HTP - Spikes your seratonin levels and makes you happy
GABA -Some say it is the bomb for sleep - also spikes your GH
Pantothenic Acid - Reduces the chemical you release from stress.
Sex - Just hope the clerk at your supplement store looks good.
good luck

Benadryl.
50-75mgs of Benadryl allergy pills knocks me out hard. I'm using about 600mgs of sus a week+fina ed and when I lay down I really notice the strong fast heart rate. So after I attack my wife for an hour or so, I'll take the benadryl if I'm not wiped out enuf.
Peace, GD

Ive used melatonin, kavakava, renutrient, tylenol PM. I use generic Benydryl now. Its the same med as is in tylenol Pm/sominex but cheaper. And minus the tylenol which has show to be somewhat stressful on the liver. Melatonin works if you take it infrequently. I can use 1 benydryl cap and Im good to go!
Whats Remeron, Mr Magoo?

its basically an anti-depressant with great sleep enhancung benefits. I have not been watching for weight gain or water retntion. I am heavier after using it, but that could be due to so many factors.

Xanax is the bomb
1-2mg at bedtime and you will be sleeping like a log. If you can get your hands on some Remeron. You will sleep for 13-16 hours if you wanted to. But thank God for xanax. Without it. I never could have handled my Prop cycle.

A little info for ya.....
From their web site:
RemeronR is the tradename of Organon's new antidepressant mirtazapine.
RemeronR is the first NaSSA - a Noradrenergic and Specific Serotonergic Antidepressant. It enhances the release of the neurotransmitter noradrenaline in certain areas in the brain. It also increases the release of another neurotransmitter, serotonin. Such dual action is increasingly being recognised as beneficial for effectiveness in treating depression.
RemeronR is not associated with anticholinergic side effects like constipation, urinary retention and dizziness. In addition, Remeron's action on the serotonergic system is highly specific: it allows the extra serotonin to act on the serotonin receptor site which mediates the antidepressant activity, and it blocks other serotonin receptors which cause the unwanted serotonergic side effects like sexual dysfunction, insomnia, anxiety, agitation, and gastrointestinal disorders like nausea.
The most common side effects of RemeronR are daytime sleepiness which usually subsides rapidly after the first week and in some cases increased appetite and weight gain in some cases.
It is advised to take your daily dose of Remeron at night before going to bed. Of course, you should discuss use of RemeronR and any other questions you may have about Remeron or depression with your doctor.
---------------
Well now I know what it is... question is where to get it
later,
DrG
