Swelling, Bruising and Painful

Just started a Tren A, Mast P, Test P cycle 50 Mg of each eod cycle. 2 shots in and both sites (left/right Lat) are very painful with bruising and swelling. About 4 hrs in for each shot is when he pain and swelling creeped in and 24 before the bruising. Iv'e used Tren E and Tren H, this is the 1st time using Tren A and all 3 compounds together. The Test P. is the same batch I used a few years back, but the date has since expired. I have used expired gear in the past with no issues. Is this common issue when administering these compounds together? Btw I've been off for 10 months.

Tren ace and test prop are known to cause swelling and soreness in general. As far as bruising, that means you passed through a vein or nicked one, and some blood leaked under the skin. Common if you’re on blood thinners.
Cut each shot with an equal amount of sterile grape seed oil or mct oil to reduce the issue. Short esters pretty always hurt a little bit. Some guys can’t use them because they hurt a lot.
I don’t worry about expiration dates on AAS. Underground labs just make up a date. Pharmaceutical drugs in general are good a year past the date at least.
