Swollen Inguinal lymph node.

Hey guys. As I have posted before I am currently on 750test 350npp and 350tren. Last night I pinned in my left quad. Well, this morning when I went to take a piss I noticed that I have a lymph node on the left inguinal side that is a little swollen and tender to the touch. It doesn’t hurt unless I touch it. It’s kinda freaking me out. Does anyone have any experience with this happening?

I had the same thing happen to me on my first attempt of cycling. I was using test cyp at 500 md per week. Everytime I injected I would get sick for a few days. I thought I had test flu and I would get used to the shots with time. During the third week I got very sick. I had a high fever for 4 or 5 days. I said fuck it I’m not continuing. The next week I got the swollen inguineal lymph node. I was also injecting quads. Went to the doc and he said the nodes can swell if they’re trying to get rid of toxins in the body. The shit I was using was dirty.
