Had bloodwork done recently and iron was low which was really weird and made no sense since rbc's were in range(even a little high) and hematocrit and hemoglobin were in perfect range. Anyway in the past iron was always high. I used to always bulk so I was getting in like 7k cals all the time, lots from sloppy food so im sure i was over doing the iron. Now that i've been eating super clean iron has been low for some reason and ive been a little more sluggish than normal and very tired. Got my Synthelamin around a week ago and so far have only used 2ml and already noticed a huge diff. Took the shot wed morning and both yesterday and this morning i've awakened much more refreshed, less sluggish and just overall feel much better.
Im also keeping it in the fridge. Good idea?
