Synthepure protein

Anybody out there using synthepure protein? Could you out line the number of servings in a 2lb container. How many 60 gram shakes can be made from one container. The web site says to use two heaping tablespoons. Please let me know so I know how many buckets to order at one time so I am not running out in two weeks. Thanks Mr.clean101

U get 30 servings of 30g of protein per tub. If you want 60g shakes, then you get 15 servings per tub. A 60g shake is a shitload, btw.

Real Isolate

30g serving is somewhere around 30g of protien.

60g

60g is a bit (I use 50g) but it wasn't a problem with SynthePure... doesn't go like glue, almost mixes straight in and disappears.

Good stuff too.

I use 60 grams protein serve Synthepure and mix it in with another 30gram protein of the syntheblend , so 90 in total

Hmm. I dunno about your math there buddy. According to my calculations:

60gs of SynthePure + 30g SyntheBlend = one blown O-ring

In seriousness, some people should take note of that. If you want to get real big, it just is NOT going to happen unless you consume massive amounts of protein - with or without gear.

I drew up a diet for a guy a few weeks ago (who I have since stopped giving a shit about cos he clearly is not committed) which included shakes at 50g of protein per.

He told me about a week later that he'd dropped it to 30g a shake cos 50g was too much.

This is a fat fuck 180lb moron who wants me to get him to be 220lb and lean.

U wanna get big, you've gotta force it. Cut corners on protein intake and you really have no hope.

That said, I'm going to go home and force feed myself WPI until I either a) get to 300lb myself (not trying right now) or b) have my system crash and burn in what doctors and newspapers will later call "a rather idiotic experiment". But I'll use SynthePure, of course...! hehehehe IronMike
