Synthergine dosing

ok.. i'm 225.. the bottle says 1ml per 50lbs... so pretty straight forward.. thats means i'm at 4.5ml...

but do i take 4.5ml two times a day or 2.25 twice a day...

for some reason i'm not getting it.. lol.. its been two years since i took it last and i cant remember..

right now i'm doing 4.5 2x/d and i seem to going through the bottle pretty quickly

Damn! I was confused too. I weigh 210 right now and I have been doing 4ml x2 day for a total of 8ml a day. Have I done anything bad? I go in for my blood work in 2 weeks. I have had slightly elevated liver values for the past few results and I am hoping to get those down to normal.

ok, thats what i thought i did before but for some reason, i'm staring at the bottle trying to break down the semantics of it and i'm all freaked out.. lol

You've done nothing worng. You can never taken enough liver aids. Especially if your values are already elevated, it's better to take more to bring them down. The instructions on the bottle are fi your values are already normal and just to maintain them that way.

good to know.

maybe it would be a good idea (for the "special" people) to change the label to say "1ml per 25kg. Split (or divided ) into 2 seperate doses."

or put up an example. "Ex: 100 kg take: 2ml twice a day"

something like that.

or maybe i'm the only jackass that doesnt understand enlish too well
