Crowler,
Yeah, it can be hard to follow with everyone's comments, but it should look like this:
9 days @ 1 ml per head
1 day @ 1.5 ml per head
- here I wanted to test the waters before going all the was to 2 ml per head.
7 days @ 2 ml per head
1 day @ 2.5 ml per head
2 days @ 3 ml per head
- once again I did a test run before the next level up.
- I also decided to stop because I was getting out of proportion
- I was going to stop at 2.5 ml but did a couple of 3 ml rounds to compensate for inflammation loss when daily shots stopped
Now I'm on maintenance week 3 which I'll post in a little bit. Looking back and knowing how my arms respond, I would do 10 days @ 1 ml, go straight to 10 days at 2 ml then 5 - 10 days @ 3 ml (depending on how much out of proportion you can tolerate).
In other words, do what Big A outlined!
I was just nervous about jumping from 1ml to 2ml then 2ml to 3 ml which is why the half step is there. Hope that helps.
