Syntherol, long term sides

I did some searching so my apologies if this has been answered before, but I am looking for some more specifics. Does anybody know if there are any long term side effects to this stuff. Has it been out long enough to see if its gonna give you cancer 10 years down the road? Can someone explain to me what this silica stuff in it exactly is? I'm not really afraid of infections or spot injecting, I'm a champ at that. I'm more or less worried bout the long haul. thanks
