I am guessing you inject this IM or sub-Q? Sorry I am just learning about this stuff. About 3.5 weeks out from bodybuilding show. No fat burners just good ole diet and cardio.....it’s been tough lol.

3ml (600mg) along with 1-2 iu of humalog pre cardio is what I have always done. Shots were IM.

Synthetine is useful for either bulking or cutting. I always inject it IM no matter the dose.

Starting that exact protocol in 2 weeks. Pretty much just follow JM's. I might add pre workout on leg/back days. We'll see how i feeel or if its necessary.

Stop it when you stop cardio for your show.
