I am guessing you inject this IM or sub-Q? Sorry I am just learning about this stuff. About 3.5 weeks out from bodybuilding show. No fat burners just good ole diet and cardio.....it’s been tough lol.

Starting that exact protocol in 2 weeks. Pretty much just follow JM's. I might add pre workout on leg/back days. We'll see how i feeel or if its necessary.
