T4 with hgh. how many are using it.

How long it took for the t4 to kick in @ 100 mcg before u felt the metabolism raving effect mate ?

You are not going to feel a kick. Also, the "active hormone" is T3, T4 is converted as required by iodothyronine deiodinase so, suprephysilogical supplementation is going to have a low effect on your metabolism. I am not saying that you are not going to improve your metabolism, what I say is that you are going to experiment a low incrrease. Maybe 100mcg of T4 could equal to 25mcg of T3 but 600mcg of T4 is not close to 50mcg of T3. In my country you can buy T4 on the chemist without problem, so it is not a problem with underdosed T4.

The look that t4 give you at low doses is far from flat, you will see your skin more thin. T4 have its use (a lot actually), but I think that if you want to increase the fat loss there is better options.

The purpose of taking T3 w/ Gh is not necessarily to supplement a lagging anterior pituitary, TSH specifically, it is to allow T3 to do what it does: increased protein synthesis, increased lipid, and carbohydrate metabolism.

You are correct. T3 is about 4-5x more potent than T4.

The "weird" thing is that this doesn't seems right on high dose. Like a I said, 600mcg of T4 is way less powerful than 50mcg in fat loss. I really like T4, but not to use as stand alone in a fat loss plan.

I'm sure that's because we all convert t4 differently. Some may get 50mcg t3. Some may only get 35. Some may get 60 from my understanding

Yes, that sounds logic. Anyway, in my opinion T4 is really usefull but not as stand alone on a fat loss plan. It's have better uses.

Bump

Does T4 cause catabolism like T3? Especially when not on blast dosages. Also, do most use high doses of hgh when incorporating T4, or do they use T4 with any amount of hgh?

I don't think T4 causes catabolism like T3. And from what I understand, your body will only convert what is needed if everything else is working properly.

But if I'm wrong, I'm screwed as I have been prescribed 300mcg of T4 for over 20 years.

I have extensive blood work done 3-4 times a year, and my prescription had never changed.

Well sounds like out of everyone, you would know best. How come you're prescribed? Does it lower your TSH levels?

I felt the raise in body heat almost day 1. My girl hates that I have to have a fan on me when I sleep. Sometimes I will get quite cold at night and realize... fuck I forgot to take my T4. haha

From what I understand, I was diagnosed with low t4 levels and elevated TSH. The doctor said it was the classic symptoms of hypothyroidism.

When I first started out, I was about 1/3 of the dose I'm at now. My Dr raised it numerous times after monitoring my blood work and settled at that dose after about 6 months.

But that was when I was 17 years old and I'm 42 now.

Honestly I don't know a lot about all the little intricacies involved, but when I was first diagnosed I did a lot of research as I worried that maybe I had a pituitary issue, or a binding issue.

But since then everything has stayed pretty much in range so I haven't really pursued it farther by looking into specialists.

But as I understand, I'm on a pretty substantial dose and I haven't had any issues with gaining muscle aside from what my genetics will allow.

I'm fairly short (5'7"), but easily carry 200 lbs while staying decently lean without any issues. Nothing like some of the monsters on here, but enough to satisfy me!
