What's up fellas? Is it harder for taller people to get a really good range of motion when squatting and keep strict form? Do you guys feel like your back wants to curve more at the bottom of the movenment when you go to parallel or lower? Just curious because I have these issues. Would keeping my feet closer together or wider apart help at all? -StOrY

Hey Story, Iam 6'1" and I don't have that problem. I keep my feet wider apart, with toes slightly pointed out. When coming up from the bottom of the squat, look up at the cieling, that will kepp your back straight.

Sup pesty! I'm 6' 1 too! How low do you go when you squat? thanks
DO you think 10% from the bottom of the movement would be parallel? -StOrY

I tend to go parallel or just above parallel, any lower than that it affects my knees(I am 48). I do believe in not locking out at the top and doing reps slow on the way down.
