Just curious how you guys go about this. This offseason i really wanna try to bring my arms up to speed with the rest of my upperbody, and my legs as well, but they are in such sad shape i dont think i need any specialty training, just a shitload of heavy squating for the next yr and see where i stand when the dust settles
As far as arms go though, im not exactly sure how to 'pinpoint' them in my training. I really dont think MORE training is going to help, as i finally started to get them to grow when i BACKED OFF a bit.
Any suggestions? When your at a lower level is it actually worth it to 'lay off' certain other parts while you try to get your lagging pts up, or do you think i should just keep up the heavy training with everything, and wait on the 'fine tuning' till i have more overall size?
