terrible abdominal bloating...any solutions?

i figured out why my abdomen distends so so much (i look pregnant) even at 10-12% bf...i'm lucky in a lot of ways-i don't get gyno and some other sides but i get terrible water retention in the abdomen...i'm not even eating enougfh on this current cycle-TE/DECA at 1g/600mgs...i was on at a much lower dose all spring and summer (650/400) and my stomach was not that bad..it happened almost immediately after i inc. the dose (its reaqlly bad now) any suggestions on what to do??
NOTE: not drinking much water and not using an AI currently
suggestions are greatly appreciated..
 
bloating is from water retention. water retention(in this case) is from high level of hormones(nandrolone and estrogen) that screw up electrolyte balance. an ai would lower estrogen. my advice is to talk to your doctor about giving you an ai:p . in the meantime lower your sodium intake
 
stay away from gluten products

That's the best advice I could give you too.

I know, I'm in the same boat... :)

Even at low bf my belly is so distanded if I eat gluten loaded starchy carbs that in profile you'd think I'm obese (well... almost :p ).

When I cut the gluten and eat mostly fruits or rice/corn based carbs, it gets much better in a matter of days.

And no, it has nothing to do with "peptides". Cause the flatter stomach in my life was on a ton of apples and 10+ IU GH a day. :)
 
nevermind, i know what gluten products are now and i don't consume any...its weird but if i were to come off a cycle my stomach would get a lot flatter...while on a low-dose cycle it distends somewhat...if i'm on a high mg. cycle my stomach reaLLY DISTENDS FULL TILT TILL I LOOK PREGNANT.
i am somewhat self-conscious of this..

ascities! really though, it could be fluid retention. Any edema in the extremities? How's your blood pressure?
 
I have this issue as well. I have not found a solution.
 
i have the same problem....i wake up in the morning and im flat can see my abs then by mid afternoon....boom gone...it looks like im 4 months pregnant!!!!
 
could be food allergies and an ineffiecient digestive track, try greek yogurt and increase ur fiber uptake, the fiber will make u somewhat blated at first but things should be fine after that

mine went down when i started taking acidopholus, got gluten products out, and started taking digestive enzymes and FLAX OR FISH OIL (BETR)

my huge gut goes away when i end my cycle or if i were to lower dosages..it will shrink down some

digestive enzymes did not work for me..i believe that it is totally gear related
 
I was told by my doc at a young age that I have whats called a flaired ribcage. Off or on/low or higher bf% from the side the top of my ribcage sticks out farther than my chest. Its not much but it does look like I have a gut even when I was in single digit bf. Dont know if that helps anyone but thats my story and I'm sticking to it!! LOL

i think its cuz im runnin a gram of pizza and wings :/
 
Have you ever done slin, hgh or igf-1? The top pros today have way bigger guts than the guys did back just 15 years or so. Its not just from the food they eat.

i've done about 8-10 lr3 igf1 cycles..no hgh..i'm about to start slin at a very low dose..i really don't caRE about my stomach any more..my 19.5 inch biceps are making me forget about it, lol.

*naturally ocurring less harmful gluten

Cycle carbs, cardio 2x day (40 mins then 30 mins of fast walking)
4 litres of water a day.
6-8 meals a day (2 hours minimum interval)

look into your posture as well

some people have tight hams and spinal erectors which will cause the gut to stick out standing relaxed as the abs are usually lengthened and weak. (especially lower abs).

Since most of us do heavy deadlifts, rows and squats, our erectors get a hell of a workout, but how often do we train abs with heavy weight?

How often do we stretch hams and lower back?

Not doing those things can also result in such posture.
So do stretch your hams and erectors regularly, get a relaxing massage to prevent tightness in those areas and work abs using resistance and low reps (10-12 not 30+ as many people do).
