test e injection date

i have done my first injection Thursday the 22nd and was planning on doing 500mg of test a week

i have 250mg vials and would like to tone it down to 400 mg a week
since im horrible at math when should my next injection be?
i was planning on doing it tomorrow but would that even out to 400mg?

Yep,,I would go with MONDAY for next inject.
Since your bad with math,,just inject your TEST E 500mg per wk 1 x per wk,,,every 5-7 days.

I as well do not mean to come off as a jerk... But you probably shouldn't be fucking with your body's hormones if you aren't smart enough to do simple math. I mean that in the nicest way possible.... but its your body you're messing with and the smarter you are the better you will be at cycling, dosages, diet, etc.
