this is the best ive ever looked at this wt.
im about 12 weeks out now.ill post some pics soon,
oh and ive grown my hair back but this time w a full beard. something new. i get so bored i change my facial hair all the time.

I think everyone is doing great. Did you say "down to 224"??? That's more than I weigh right now! May 5th is coming close... keep us posted if you can. I've never been in the single digits at that weight. Huge! You're the ideal weight for someone who is 6 and half feet tall! Did you see how big JT looks in the off-season? Damn. Check out ironfreak83 too. The guy does 405 for 18. I once did 225 for 22. I hate genetics.
