I want to thank everyone on this board for all the great knowledge and compassion that everyone has. I don't go to any other boards because frankly, I run out of time lol. I just know that over the years I have been a member of a lot of different boards under various names and I've never ran into a group of guys and girls that truly care about the members of the board.
Today I was offered a position in sales at my company but I declined it. It would mean that I would have to move to NY and at this point in my life and my daughter's life, that isn't a decision I think would be best for us. I did apply for a supervisor position and will know what happens in the next 2 weeks or so.
My daughter (she's 8) has been selected as a candidate by her teachers for the Gifted and Talented Program, they're basically going to watch her more closely over this year and if she does as good as she's been doing, they want her to enter the program. Her IQ is higher then the normal range from what I have been told and they're saying she's excelling in all her work and bypassing other students, how they don't want her to *get bored* with the work the other kids are doing... We'll see how it goes.
Over the last 2 1/2 years, my life has been through a lot of changes, I won't go over them in this thread as this is a *happy* thread lol, but I just want to come out and thank Sig, OTH, Big A, and a lot of other guys and girls that gave me such good advice when I was on the verge of having a horrible breakdown and just wanted things to end.
I remember when I was younger, people would crack jokes on bodybuilders for being *dumb meatheads* yet I think this board and the members show just how wrong those idiots were. Guys/girls on here know more about how the human body works and about nutrition than most people will ever understand, and not just that, but most of the people here are truly compassionate towards others and want to see everyone succeed in bodybuilding and in life.
A great board with great members.
Thanks for hearing my rant again lol. And I promise, I'll stop posting so much in this damn forum and start to post some good information in the main one soon! Would I lie?
