.....damm , that clip just made me realize something.

i need to learn how to flex muscle , and pose. not to compete ,but personal satisfaction... this guy has it down to a science... i'm sure there is a technicto it...this is a skill that is all new to me . but i wanna learn how and practice becouse again , it looks to me like there is a way to flex and pose , i just don't know it.

Anybody remember Hamdullah Aykutulu?
Best conditioned IFBB Pro that I ever saw in person!
He competed in the mid to early 90's and never got over the hump because of his lack of muscle mass I assume.

Yes-the guy was stariated even more than the late Andreas muenzer imo...his glutes were just insane-like he had no skin on him.

Yeah, he was insane. Didn't he give up his IFBB Card and started competing back int he World Chapms? Supposedly the Turkey Gov was paying him $1mil or so for every time he won as he was this HUGE sporting celebrity in Turkey.
