The only 2 things that scare me... #1 thing is my wife going before me and #2 is dying (dying is the most permanent thing there is)...I want to live forever

So, I try not to think of those things.....

K we are in the same boat...I never thought about it before, now that I am middle 30's I often think when, where, and how...if you think too long about it, you will get depressed. I try and tell myself one day at a time,

My grandfather is 91 and in tough shape due to strokes but, my point: he basically ate a diet very high in Sat. Fat, drank and smoked. The key I think was that he did all of the above in moderation. He didn't generally overeat, he probably smoked 5 or 6 Camels at the most and would have a couple of Manhattan's at night. Everyone, except 1, on his side lived into their 90's.
