You never answered my question about what you meant about "my thing is i cant coko every meal. i have to prep and put in lunch box and bring to work for the 10 hour shifts and the hour commute each way".
This made little to no sense.
I use to be a chicken breast eater. Got tired of it and switched to boneless, skinless chicken thighs. They're juicier. I throw them on the grill on Sundays and cook enough for the week. Not really worried about the fat content at this point (65yr old). I also make rice dressing to go with it.
Man I put all my chicken in seal able bags one breast in each. I throw it in a big pot filled with water and turn it on medium heat for an hour and half. The chicken is so moist and some broth is in the bag. Put it in a bowl with some rice and kinda makes a chicken in rice soup. I can make enough chicken for three days and it always tastes fresh. I cook lean beef this.way as well but only for an hour. Its the only way I cook chicken now
