The wheel thing is a great circus trick...
The double clap on the pushups would have been good if he didn't SLAM his chest to the floor (plus, he's maybe a buck 60, so isn't pushing too much weight there. As well, the momentum is helping him get airborne)
The clap on the pullups - great - and if he slipped, can you say, "There goes my spine"?? He's also making love to his imaginary girlfriend on each ascent. Then people come up to me doing the exact same thing as this guy and ask why my back is wider than thiers when they do more pullups then me.
GEE - I WONDER....
He then does TREEBRANCH pullups, where he throws a long towel over a branch and does pullups. That looks really cool, but if I were to try that the branch would snap after the third rep.
The one legged squats - they look good, I have no problem with them. Other than they're not going to devleop his quads. More so his glutes and balance.
Then the video ended for me.. HAHA.. Thank God. He was about to do some type of long jump thing.
Anyway, the moral is if your goal is huge well developed muscles, go to a real gym.
