tommy morrison, boxings red headed step child, has announced that he is free of hiv.. morrison tested positive for hiv in '96 and says now that he no longer tests positive.. he believes that he never had it in the first place.. and.. now what for it..THE REASON WHY HE TESTED POSITIVE WAS BECAUSE HE WAS TAKING STEROIDS AND THEY SCREWED UP HIS BLOOD WORK.. he told usa today that he never had hiv and that steroids were to blame for his false positive..

now the only shining light in this whole farse is a chief physician at ucla medical hospital in charge of hiv research.. he states that he has no " IDEA WHERE MR MORRISON CAME UP WITH THAT THEORY".. and that it was probably a mix up at the lab.. but, he does say that the other tests given every 6 months for hiv patients should have picked up on it if it were true..

the nevada state boxing commision is still suspicious of morrison and his claims and want further testing to confirm his hiv status.. but, once again..steroids somehow are the issue.. any one else want to vomit?
