I just cooked this again, I made it up in the kitchen. you need:
Jeno's pack of Lean (or extra lean) ground turkey.
1 whole onion,
1 whole red pepper
olive oil
salt/pepper/chili power/garlic seasoning (or real garlic)
Egg Beaters (or egg whites)

-Start by dicing up the onion and whole red pepper.
-Take about 3 TBSP of olive oil and heat in the pan, as soon as it sizzles dump in the onion/pepper and season with garlic/salt/pepper/chili powder
-fry the veggies until the onion gets a golden brown color, NOW dump in your turkey
-cook until turkey just just 20% pink left or so
-NOW dump in about 8-10oz of egg beaters, stir for a few minuts then cover for 2 mins, continue to rotate stirring and covering for about 5 mins you can tell when its ready visually.

THATS it, I use mustard and Heinz 1 carb ketchup as my condiments, this is awesome it reminds me of some time of turkey meat loaf omlet, this would also be awesome in a wrap or tortilla for a Breakfast burrito. Let me know if any of you guys cook it, takes about 15 mins....
