Ok when I look back on all the foods and meals I've ever ate. This was the best tasting cheat meal I have ever had. I highly recommend this to any one dieting for a competition as their first cheat meal after the show, or first desert cheat meal (following their food cheat meal) It has a ridiculous amount of sweet flavor. I cannot really all it Ice cream due to all the Ingredients it becomes its own food. You just have to try it to see! If any one does eat this, please share. I know normally a cheat meal is not associated with healthy/diet versions of any foods, but the thing it still taste amazing and its definitely not too healthy! Just don't knock it until you try it!
I used the following Ingredients because they all compliment each other, you can sub in, decrease the amount, or remove any thing, but this is what I used:
• Ice Cream: Dreyer’s Rich and Creamy no sugar added, Cookie dough.
• Sugar Free Oreo cookies (1 box = 16 cookies)
• The following protein bars chopped & crushed:
• Slim-fast Optima (Chocolate cookie dough flavor)
• Slim-Fast Optima (oatmeal raisin)
• PowerBar Harvest Whole Grain bar (Oatmeal N Raisin Cookie)
• Tiger’s Milk (peanut butter)
• Zone Perfect (strawberry Yogurt)
• Promax (cookies n’ cream bar)
• Ralphs brand low fat granola (with dates, raisins, and nuts)
• Smuckers sugar free Ice cream topping (Carmel)
• Ralphs brand Sugar free maple syrup
• Cocoa powder
• Cinnamon
• 1 Carb masters vanilla Yogurt
• Jell-O pudding powder mix Sugar free butter scotch (pinch of it)
• Jell-O pudding powder mix Sugar free chocolate
• Smart Omega’s Creamy Peanut butter
See the following Picture for Nutrition facts and amounts used. I used enough for up to 10 people to eat, but if you're a bodybuilder you will probably end up eating 60% of this on your own if going all out!
How to prepare:
-Start chopping up all the protein bars used, you can use a large knife or a food processor.
-The Sugar free Oreo's come 16 in a box, I crushed 8 into large chunks, and remaining 8 I blended into a fine grain powder with a food processor.
-Add into the bowl:
-the entire cookie dough Ice cream
-4 Tbsp of Smuckers Sugar free Ice cream Caramel topping
-1 serving of carb master Vanilla Yogurt
-2 Tbsp SF Maple Syrup
-1 Tspn Cinnamon
-1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
-1 pinch of Jell-O pudding sugar free butter scotch powder mix
-1 pinch of Jell-O pudding sugar free butter Chocolate powder mix
-4 Tbsp of Peanut butter (smart Omega creamy brand used)
Stir the following for about 30 seconds, then add the rest of the ingredients:
-chopped/crushed & powdered Oreo's
-all the chopped/crushed protein barsslim-fast;cookie dough & oatmeal raisin, Oatmeal N Raisin Cookie harvest bar, peanut butter tigers milk, strawberry zone perfect, cookies n’ cream Promax)
-add 1c of Granola (nuts, raisins, dates flavor)
Mix for another 60 seconds with a large spoon and its ready to eat!
This may seem like just too much stuff mixed together, but I think every think every thing compliments each other, and goes together well and nothing over powers the meal with too much of one flavor. The flavor is unique enough and so intense, that nothing can be compared to it. give it a try, and honestly try to say you have had a different desert food that taste better! Dairy Queen and Baskin Robins has nothing on this!
(BTW the picture sucks, it taste much better than it looks)
