Mods Im sorry if this is in the wrong forum but...

Today, I learned my friend and loving neighbor had killed himself. He was found this morning dead around 11:30 am. No one had seen his car at his house for a few days. He is always one to tell me or someone in my family where exactly he was going if he left to go anywhere for more than a day. He also takes his dog with him wherever he goes, and the dog was outside in it's pen. So our preacher (we go to the same church) went by to check out the place. He found him in the garage dead from carbon monoxide poisoning. He was an older man, who had left a note on his computer on Thursday, saying he just didn't want to be a burden to anyone. He was having some health problems and refused to have his family or anyone else care for him.

Please thoughts and prayers for him and his family.

So sorry to hear that bro...one thing about it tho, the reason he did it is really in my opinion an unselfish one...Most do it becasue of there OWN downfalls and such...He did it just so nobody would be burdened...If there is any positive to this, that would be it for me...that took alot of internal fortitude, as well as guts to do it for that reason...ONce again, I'm very sorry to hear about this...

Check this scriputure out when u get a chance and share it with his family...It should bring outstanding comfort for them and u...It's not over for him...Here is the script...Acts 24:15...

Sorry to hear about your loss. Your friend sounds like a proud man, my grandfater died age 48 over something simple that could of been cured but refused to go to hosiptial did not want to be a burden. My thoughts are with you.

He will be in my prayers as well. The big man will understand and give him a pass. I was in the same boat after a head on collision, i woke up in E.R. with a tube in my stomach . I didnt want to be a burden on loved ones. I thank god my wife likes to fluff her pillow before bed and wonder why i was blue and foaming at the mouth. ANY WHO my prayers go out to friends and family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers! It has been rough on his family as well as mine. Im proud to have known this man. He was a gently soul who was strong in faith.
