Thoughts on running a low dose diuretic on HGH?

So I would not say I'm super bloated, but have some water retention in the mid section and face and I would like to bleed some of it off. I'm on TRT and HGH for about 8 months now. Love the affects, but I'd like to see a little more of what's "underneath" some of the water I'm holding although it's not bad. Is it wise to run like a low dose diuretic? And for the purposes I'm seeking, what might you recommend? Thanks!

I wouldn't.

Water retention from GH reduces as your body acclimates.

Just come off GH, you'll see the changes youve made.

Or run a brand that doesn't cause that much water retention; yes there's generic ones out there like that as well.

Some dandelion root here and there is ok. You don't want to take chemical diuretics on a regular basis, unless you have a medical condition.

Even potassium sparing diuretics increase risk of muscle injury. I wouldn’t use it. Yes, you’ll look great on diazide but why risk the dryness leading to a muscle tear.
Dandelion root is crap. I cramp worse on that than on prescription diuretics.

try dandelion LEAF tea. Much better and has many vitamins/minerals in addition to the diuretic compound :)

Having a little water is not a problem. Diuretics can be. Why not take a look at your diet and see if thats where the problem is. If youve been on gh for 8 months, you wouldve adapted by now. Chances are, its your food

That's actually what I meant.

I have tons of it in my backyard and put them in the salad too.

yeah same here man! When they're in season I pick a bunch and throw the leaves in a blender with blueberries, grassfed milk, vanilla TN grassfed whey isolate, few hundred mg of magnesium + few hundred mg of sodium, and some almond butter. PERFECT meal replacement drink!!

They are year round here. Even on the streets you need to keep cutting or they spread like crazy. I'll take a picture tomorrow with the little yellow flowers and all and will post here.
