Its a loading method pre contest. Comes from Skip over on Intensemuscle. Basically...you eat a bunch of shitty food like rice krispies and shit to fill out
Good try. But not exactly.

Cereal post-w/o always worked great for me when I was younger...then I started over-complicating things
When I was starting out, I followed a lot of what Duchaine wrote, and he was a big Alpha Bits fan, so I was too:headbang: Then they stopped making them
I'm more of a banana nut crunch, cocoa crispies, oatmeal/brown sugar squares, and fruit loops guy now. They work great, but nothing like the Alpha Bits did...way more anabolic and huge GAINZ
Lucky charms in liquid egg whites instead of milk was my GO TO for the longest time before I started with this coach and he took it away loo
People think I am crazy when I say use eggs whites as the milk but they take on the taste of the cereal you put them in . easily 50 grams of protein along with your replenishing sugar. Perfect post workout meal.
Alpha Bits are still around.. they only took them off the market for while, came back a bunch of years ago
Yep, I first saw Matt Porter doing this. Works very well, indeed.People think I am crazy when I say use eggs whites as the milk but they take on the taste of the cereal you put them in . easily 50 grams of protein along with your replenishing sugar. Perfect post workout meal.
Exactly what I do for my typical post workout shake.People think I am crazy when I say use eggs whites as the milk but they take on the taste of the cereal you put them in . easily 50 grams of protein along with your replenishing sugar. Perfect post workout meal.
No love for Honey Nut Chex?! BrahYikes! Bad thread to click on when I'm in the middle of a diet
I haven't used cereal in a long time post-WO...but if I did, my choices would be Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Reese's Puffs, Chocolate Chex (these are so freaking delicious, gotta try them if you haven't), and Honey Nut Cheerios.
Never tried cereal. I take Dextrose post workout now. Anyone else using dextrose post workout? If yes how many grams?
