I try to read 4-5 books a month, and one to two of them are usally diet, health of bodybuilding realted. The book I just finshed was talking about all of the toxins we eat, breathe, absorb, and dont get rid of in our bodys. I found it to be very interesting, and informative. One of the main ideas the author gave was the fact that we dont each enough fruits and veggies. I am guilty I hate everything except fruit, and rare veggies. I did some research and there is a great product im going to start supplementint. It is called Greens Superfood, 6 caps a day is like eating 3 servings of fruits and veggies. OR extremely close to it. Just an idea, because god knows all of the drugs/supps we take there has to be a ton of toxins lurking.
