Really bad pull session
More irresponsible behaviour. Had a dutch friend visiting town and he wanted to party a bit. Haven't seen him in a while so we stayed out a bit late, but I abstained from drinking and din't have any unplanned retarded cheat meals. Literally had chicken breast, tuna, and veggies at a japanese place so I am not counting that as a cheat or refeed at all. But none-the-less disrupting circadian ryhtmn fucked me up hard and my training was shit today and it's my fault and I deserve it and I am really not living the hermit lifestyle I need to be living now that I have literally reached the 8 week out mark... I guess i can start up the winny pretty soon here so that'll be fun. Tomorrow I can have some retarded cheat meals... well.... at least some reasonably high carbohydrate meals maybe up to about 650-700 though not 1000g. And mostly from chicken breast+thigh mix+rice+pineapple, some toast with honey, cereal, etc. No retarded asshole pizza or anytthing.

I was too wiped to even do another superset for arms, so went home and napped. Had to do some coaching in the afternoon or I would have slept all day and then hit training later. Or well... hope that will be the last interruption. BW 94.6 which makes the chinup underperformance even more laughable as I was doing the same reps at 97kg bw.
